Since 1994 the FHHRL became a corresponding member of the International Federation of Human Rights (Paris).

Since 1998 The FHHRL became a member of the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Network (Copenhagen).

Since 1998 The FHHRL became a Board member of the Mediterranean Master's Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation, Malta.

Moreover, there is no shortage of cooperation on ad hoc basis with the other human rights organizations.
