The Foundation for Human & Humanitarian Rights (Lebanon) is a non-profit organization. It is composed of members who voluntarily dedicate their work and time for the benefit of the Foundation objectives. No membership fees.

The Foundation has a Board. It holds an annual meeting to study the financial situation and pledge voluntary contributions to cover running costs such as rent and telephone bills.
